Any return shoppers wishing to build a large order have until the end of the month in which the order was placed to complete it, no exceptions!

We do not grade labels typically for any record under $10.

We also do not grade generic (company) sleeves or jackets; any of our records that come with a company sleeve or jacket will explicitly say so in the item description, and the sleeve will be graded as 'generic'. If it says 'not graded', it comes in a plain white sleeve or jacket.

Records are considered "SEALED" when the original seal is at least in tact enough so the record has never been played.
With sealed records, it's best to request us to open them and take the record out of the jacket before
shipment to prevent the seams from splitting. If no such request is made, we will ship the item at your own
risk, sealed as ordered. We do not offer refunds on sealed records that arrive with split seams.

If your item does not explicitly state that extras such as inserts, booklets, printed inner sleeves, OBI strips, etc. are included, then it is to be assumed that they are not included. For items with picture covers/sleeves, if there is no grading, or our grading is 'Generic', or 'No Cover', it will not be included. We try to be as specific as possible. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

When you pay through Paypal, the order status is changed to 'pending'. The next step is shipment, we will add a tracking number and update the status when we process your order. Thank you!

Description Codes:
WOL = Writing on label.
WOS = Writing on sleeve.
SOL = Sticker(s) on label. Often removable.
BB = Factory/Plant tiny "BB" drill hole through label.
GPS = Gold promo stamp on cover.

CD and cassette grading is for the tapes/discs and paper artwork only. We do not grade plastic cases, unless they are part of the artwork.

We also do not remove CDs/artwork from their jewel cases for discounted shipping or any other reason, so please take note!

Sorry, but we no longer ship to Colombia or South Africa, we have experienced either too many non-paying buyers or lost packages in the past.

RETURNS/REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we gladly offer full refunds within 7 days of the delivery date (buyer pays for return postage). Refunds are given once we have received the returned item. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items graded VG or below (Very Good, Good Plus, Good, Fair, or Poor), please be aware before placing your order as items of this grade tend to be sold very cheaply in reflection of their condition. They will have scratches, and items graded Good (G) or below may skip.

Orders that have been delivered and more than 7 days have passed have 30 days to contact us about any issues with your order, however we do not accept
returns or offer full refunds past the 7 day mark.

** INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: we only offer refunds on the cost of the item you are returning. We do not refund shipping costs, so please be aware before placing your order! We will gladly triple check the condition and send photos if necessary! **

NY residents must pay sales tax.

Please note: we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in-transit by the USPS if your tracking information states that it was delivered!

We are also not responsible for any damaged packages caused by postal service or courier inspection/mishandling if you do not request and purchase insurance!
